IAKL 2018 Atlanta

The 2018 IAKL Annual Scholarships are awarded by IAKL, the IAKL Foundation, and the LimNexus Foundation.

In celebration of the 2018 IAKL Annual Conference, the IAKL Foundation is granting FIVE (5) scholarships to qualified Georgia law students:
- Three (3) IAKL Foundation Scholarships: $3,000 each
- The LimNexus Foundation Scholarship: $4,000
- The Han Choi Memorial Scholarship: $5,000. For the Han Choi Memorial Scholarship, special consideration will be given to students who are cancer survivors, or whose lives or close family members or friends are/were affected by cancer.

NOTE: Scholarship awards are limited ONLY to law students currently enrolled and attending school in Georgia.

The Korean American Bar Association of Georgia (KABA-GA) is extremely proud to host the 2018 Conference of the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL), the largest annual international gathering of lawyers from the Korean diaspora.


KABA-GA is a young and growing bar association and we are up to the task! The Atlanta Host Committee is co-chaired by June Lee (Nelson Mullins), KABA President and founding Boardmember, and Steve Park (Ballard Spahr), Boardmember, we have started planning well in advance. 

The 2018 IAKL Conference will be held from Sept. 13 - 16, 2018, at the luxurious Grand Hyatt Buckhead. Hotel room reservations for the IAKL Room Block are NOW OPEN.
