ABOUT ALINA LEE:
Alina Lee is legal counsel to AGL Resources, where she focuses on the legal matters of SouthStar Energy Services LLC d/b/a Georgia Natural Gas. Prior to joining AGL Resources, Ms. Lee was a corporate transactional attorney at Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, and corporate governance. Ms. Lee graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and attended the University of Georgia for her bachelor degree in History. Ms. Lee was a member of the UGA's varsity women's golf team, and her team was ranked top five in the nation.
